After just two years, Jennifer has transitioned from Client Service Manager to a new position as Account Team Specialist. I this new position she will oversee small group clients and work with all account teams to further develop and enhance service standards to our clients.

She joined the agency in 2010 as part of the service team. She brings with her 15 years of experience with Oxford Health Plans/UnitedHealthcare where she was a Project Manager and Sales Support for several Account Executives along with the Vice President of Sales.

Jennifer is a graduate of Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. Jen holds a CT Life and Health License.
