Denis Lynch joined C. M. Smith Agency, Inc in January 2010. Denis has 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. Prior to joining C.M. Smith, Denis spent the past 16 years in various client management and analytical roles at two large brokerage and consulting firms.
In his most recent role, Denis served as Vice President and Practice Account Manager, focused on leading the delivery of value-added services to middle-market clients. Earlier in his career, Denis spent four years as a group underwriting team leader and financial analyst.
Denis holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut. He has attained the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, is a Fellow of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists, and has completed all educational requirements for the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Denis maintains life, accident, health, and personal lines licenses in CT and a number other states.
