Regulatory Compliance

Through our membership in a national coalition of independent employee benefits agencies (BAN), we will be able to offer our clients a comprehensive regulatory compliance module. This will address employer concerns regarding HIPAA and COBRA compliance, and notification requirements to employees and the myriad of issues imposed by Health Reform legislation.

We also bring significant resources to bear on our compliance efforts thanks to our relationship with the law firm of Proskauer Rose, LLP. Monthly web seminars are conducted with Proskauer and the Benefit Advisors Network on subjects of interest to clients.
